exporting form to PDF not working..

Hello,

when i export the PDF on this web form, it won't work. Saying it's unsupported and/or corrupted/damaged.

Could you please advise?

I also imported this form from Adobe Forms Central before. i was able to export with a submit button no problem on that software.

Our apologies for this problem. Our developers have made an update to this a while ago. The error should be fixed by now. Please try it again and let us know if the problem persists.
