The Jotform Notifier for Chrome is not showing my forms

The Jotform Notifier is showing me forms with responses that are not mine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling repeatedly, but half the time it gives me notifications for forms I don't own. The other times it works perfectly. Not sure what the issue is.

Can you please let us know the links to some of these submissions that are not yours?

Are you by any chance using the same browser to access (log into) multiple JotForm accounts? In that case, it may be that your browser logs you in with another one of the saved username and password combination that you may be using.

I am unable to re-create the issue in my testings. Please try logging out of your JotForm account, clearing your browser cache and cookies, and logging back into your JotForm account.

If it happens again after logging out and clearing your cache and cookies, it would be great if you kindly provided us with a screenshot of the issue in effect, and possibly one of the submission links that appears that are not yours, so that we can examine the problem more closely.

    Thank you.

I logged out, cleared my cookies & cache, and logged back in again. Attached is what it looked like both before/after.

However, I completely closed out of Chrome, and reopened, and it looks like it's correctly pulling our responses. I normally keep Chrome open for several days to weeks, so I can see that being the issue.

Thank you for your help, and I'll keep an eye on this going forward.

    You are kindly welcome.

I'm afraid that your attached images didn't come through to our forum software. If you wish to upload images to your posts here, you can do that by following instructions by our colleague:

I am very glad to hear that clearing the cache made it work. Please do let us know if the issue persists, and in case this issue appears again, please kindly include one of the submission links that it shows which it wasn't supposed to.

Thank you, and have a nice day. :)
