Not getting submissions for the 'contact us' form.

    When i do a test submission inside jotform I get it.  When I go to my website with the embedded contact us form, I do not.

    The test submission will always be sent from "" to the default address associated with your account.  This is why those were working.  However, your settings for the notification itself are missing a couple things:

    Change the sender email to "" and the recipient email to your address and you should be good to go.
