What's is using my 100 MB upload limit? I have the forms integrated with Google Drive so I guess the storage is used there. i'm in the middle of a class project and I don't want that my students suddenly can no longer send their works.

For keeping the files to your form. They are stored to our servers and will use up your File Storage limit. Integrating your form to Google Drive won't bypass our limit. The limit will be used until the file is deleted in your form.
If you want to free up the space, you have to delete the submission. Doing so will also delete the file in that particular submission. Or, upgrade your account to the paid plan.
Just a note, make sure that you keep a backup of the submissions and make sure that you have already received the files and/or downloaded it before deleting them. Otherwise, there's no way you can recover it later as we don't keep a backup of it for privacy reasons.
