The username associated with your account is "citymusic" and the email address for password reset purposes is "firstname.lastname@example.org". I checked to see if the emails would go through and they were not. For some reason your address had been placed on our bounce list. I removed your from the bounce list and sent the reset email once again. It looks like it went through this time.
If you still did not receive the reset email, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
