Is there a limit on how many conditions can be added to a rule?

I see you have answered this already.  NO LIMIT!  Great.  Will there be a potential problem with a very simple condition:

Form set up into 2 pages.  I only want certain people to be able to fill the form out.  I will have a simple condition that states if a person's email matches then show the continue button for the next page where the actual form is.  There will be a potential of over 250 emails added.

I did not have a chance to test it with as many rules, but in theory, it should not be a problem to have 250 rules attached to the field. The form and browser should be able to handle them properly.
