Salesforce Integration: none of the leads are captured into Salesforce dashboard

    I have created 3-4 new web to lead profiles in the last few days. 

    I have set up the salesforce integration 

    and none of the leads are integrating into Salesforce.

    just curious as to what i may be doing wrong or how to fix this problem. 

     

    secondly, would also like to create a second salesforce integration that pulls all of web to lead jotform info and creates a new contact in salesforce. please advise is this is possible.

    I've checked the form, and the integration is properly configured. The field "types" are the same so they should supposed to work.

    I've cloned the form and do the same integration, tested the form and it worked for me. Here's a screenshot:

    You'll see the recent submission in the Created Date.

    Did you check the Newly created leads section in the Salesforce dashboard? They should appear there instead of the main leads window. Please do. Otherwise, try to reintegrate the form to Salesforce. It should help.
