    Unable to receive email notifications

    I have several forms that I need the emails to go to. And not my default account one. I've gone into the 'Emails' tab and updated the email which I'd like them going too but it doesn't send anything there. Just sends them to the main default email.


    What can I do? Help?

    The email notification is configured properly. The email address on the recipient is not in the bounce list. I did a test submission on your form and according to the mail logs, the notification was sent to your email properly. Here's a screenshot:

    The notifications are being sent to your account email because you are clicking the "Test Email" button. Please go to the form directly, fill it up and then submit it so you can test if you will receive it on your email inbox or not.
