I'm trying to create a fillable PDF form that I can email out to participants, but I would still like to receive and export responses from JotForm's website versus having people email me the filled out PDFs. I created the PDF and tried to do a test run on it. I filled out all the info and then hit submit at the bottom of the page, but the results are not appearing under my "View Submissions" page. Please help!

I just would like to ask, were you able to successfully submit the form using the Fillable PDF copy of your form that you have created? I cloned your form and create a Fillable copy of it and made a submission and it was successful. I was able to receive the submission and view it on my Submission's page. Here's a screenshot:
I cannot reproduce the issue you are having.
Could you try to create another Fillable PDF copy of your form and see if it will work this time?
Please make sure that there are no errors when you submit your Fillable PDF form.
If it still won't work, kindly try cloning your form to the same account using this guide: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Then, create a Fillable PDF copy of that cloned form.

I tried re-downloading the PDF form (no luck there) and then cloaned the form and downloaded a new PDF copy of the cloned form (still no luck).
I want to make sure I'm creating the fillable PDF form correctly. I went to My Forms, selected my form, and then clicked the "More" on the dropdown menu and selected "Create PDF Form."
Is there anyway I can send you the form I downloaded or you can go into my account on the backend and see what's missing from my form? When I filled out the form online, it submitted just fine and it appeared under my "View Submissions" page, so I don't think there's anything wrong with the form itself.
I am viewing the PDF form and filling it out using Preview.

Base on the steps you have provided, Yes, you are doing it right. That's how you can create a Fillable PDF copy of your form.
As you have said, you were able to submit the form online and it was successful because you can view your submission on your Submission's page.
I'm not sure how you're trying to fill out your Fillable Form using Preview. What PDF reader are you using, by the way?
In my case, after I've downloaded the Fillable PDF copy of the form:
Then, I double-clicked the PDF file.
Once my PDF reader is open, I fill out the form and submit it.
You can also try to email the link of you form to your submitters for the mean time if the issue still persists so they can fill up your form online. You can do that by:

I tried opening and filling out the form in Adobe Acrobat Pro instead of Preview this time. Everything is fine until I hit submit and then nothing happens.
Unfortunately we cannot send a link for the form. The participants are in China and their Internet regulations are extremely strict there, meaning they cannot access the form directly, which is why we would like to send the form via email as a PDF instead.

I have downloaded fillable PDF of your form and was able to submit it using Adobe Reader version 18.104.22.168.
Please try the fillable PDF submission using either Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader.
