Hi, I am trying to send form responses from my Customer Follow-Up Checklist form to email@example.com but it does not work.
I set-up a condition on the form to send a response if the customer field is filled in but it is not sending.
I also set-up a forwarder but that doesn't work either.
Can you have a look and tell me where I am going wrong?

The email address used for submission notification is not in our bounce-list, however I see the delivery of submission failed:
Have you checked your spam folder? Since you are not using our email addresses firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to be setup as the Sender E-mail, you need to white-list our Jotmail IP addresses within your email server (or ask for it to your email service provider). If this does not work, I would recommend you to use Mandrill SMTP to send emails. Check this article to learn how to setup Mandrill: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
