I simply make forms for our homeschool dances. I don't know why you think I was "phishing". I didn't even know what that was until I looked it up. I am not guilty and have no idea why you would suspend my account.
I only put the forms on our website www.nocche.info when we're having dances. There is no form on our website now.
I was also planning to make a wholesale order form for my business website www.promultismedia.com. I was experimenting with username, password, log-in so each bookstore could have their own log in to their own order form with their own prices. I was doing that when my account got suspended. I don't understand why you would think I was "phishing."
I'd really like my account back. I've sent three emails to interlogy already with no response. I'm concerned that I wasn't contacted regarding this before my account was suspended.
I appreciate your due diligence, but I don't appreciate not being contacted about this to see if I was guilty. "Innocent until proven guilty."
I need to build a form for out back to school dance. May I please have my account back?

I guess I should have read other posts before posting this one. I'm sorry I used the words "username" and "password" for my order form. I can use their company name and email address to get them to the right page.
I wasn't phishing. Please go ahead and remove that form and reinstate my account.
Again, I'm sorry. And thank you for this wonderful tool.
