How do I integrate dynamic field options?

Hi - I'm a commercial printer and want to improve our 'Quote Request' form.

I would like to offer clients a drop down list of products to choose from at the top of the form.

Then dependent on their choice of product in the first drop down field - this will trigger a series of further fields which have drop down options and also a free type box (incase they don't want to choose one of the drop down options.)

    For example:

    Scenario 1.

    Product Type: Calendar

Calendar style: wall - wiro-bound at head

    Size: A4

Extent: 13 leaves printed in full colour on one side only

    Material:  150gsm silk

    Scenario 2.

    Product Type: Postcard

    Size: A6

    Extent: Printed both sides

    Ink: Full colour

    Material: 350gsm silk

I hope that makes sense ad JotForm can help!?

    Best,

    Joe

You can do that with conditions but we have a dynamic dropdown widget designed for that purpose. Check this out: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_dropdowns

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
