Just got your notification about your new product.
We currently use Zendesk for IT support internally. Really like your new product WishBox.
I'd love to see it integrate into Zendesk to help with End User support. But more importantly I was wondering if there was a way you could add a way of 'blurring' sensitive information in the screenshots and encourage people to do so before they submit the image. Maybe have this as an option to turn off/on depending on which site the WishBox is placed in.
Why is this important you may ask? Well I work in a technology team for a Health care company and we have to be careful what we do with Patient identifiable information. We develop several applications internally and this would be a great addition. It would allow people to capture the problem straight from the browser, blur the info and sumbit a ticket to Zendesk which we could then respond to.
I'd be grateful for your thoughts and would be interested in developing this as a feature with your team.

Thank you for your comments; I am sure you understand that we get hundreds if not thousands of requests for features additions to both JotForm & now Wishbox each month.
However, we do value each and everyone who takes the time to give us some feedback or some ideas in how we could improve our products. I will make sure that the people ultimately responsible for making the decisions at JotForm are made aware of your post.

There actually is a 'blackout' box tool on Wishbox
Wouldnt that fulfil you needs to 'blur' sensitive information?
