How can I tell if my form is visable? And what would the link to send the form for fill-outs be?

As the subject line states, I was confused where to find the link to give to people to fill the form out, and is there a publish button or anything I must press so it is visible to the public?

First, you need to make sure the form is enabled:

1) After you login, go to MY FORMS

2) Select your form and click on MORE, look where it says "Disable", that means the form is enabled

3) To preview and get the link to share your form, click on Edit Form, then simply click on Preview

4) You will see a window, simply copy the link as shown in the animated image bellow:
