How to remove fields from the Form Builder page?

Also i can't work out why i have a big 'Contact Us' red box under my form, how do i move this?

From your Form Builder page when you edit your form:

You can scroll down to view the field that says Contact Us. 

Then click it to view see the icons on the top-right corner of it and click the X icon.
