Can multiple forms go to the same results?

Hi! I'm wanting to create a few forms that duplicate my template that are filled in already for repeat clients. The only way I can think to do this is have different forms for them. But I would need the results to go to the same place or database.

Also, I'm wanting to have more mobile friend option, but I don't want to lose all the results from my existing form submissions. Any help or direction? Thanks!

    Hi Adam,

Unfortunately, each form will have its own submissions page and you have to go through each form to view them.

The only way I could think that would let you combine submissions into one place is through Zapier: Jotform to Google Spreadsheet Integration. Here's the link:

    https://zapier.com/zapbook/google-sheets/jotform/

With Zapier, you have the option to integrate your forms to Gooogle Spreadsheet and use an already created file from your Google Account.

Kindly try that and let us know if that works for you.

As for your second question, will answer it here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/603685
