I receive an email from your support which informe me that my form are disabled because " i have currently reached the limits of my account " but i don't think that i have exceed 100 submissions in this month.
Some one can informed me why my form are disabled ?

Hi there FranckL,
You have received 12 submissions over SSL this month, while the SSL Submissions limit is 10 per month for our Free accounts.
If you would like to accept regular submissions, you will need to make sure that the 'Secure form' option is not checked, then get the regular form link/code.
As a one time exception, we have reset your SSL limit to 5, so your forms are active now. In case you would like to be able to accept more submissions over SSL, please consider upgrading your account.

Thanks for your answer and your reactivity !
In fact, i sent my form in SSL Mode... Can i redirected SSL link to the standard link ? or it's possible to decline SSL Submissions and accept only Standard submissions ? Cause when i exceed SSL limits my form is not available in standard too.
If there are any possibilities i would subscribe prenium account.

Yes you can revert your secure SSL Forms into standart forms, you will need to make sure that the 'Secure form' option is not checked, then get the regular form link/code.
