I need to change our pricing plan back to Free. How do I do this?

    Click on Account Settings at the bottom of www.jotform.com  and select Cancel. 

    If you have any problems with that process let us know.

    I click on cancel and it takes me to the Plimus Login. I tried my user name # and user name, enter password and it says invalid. Then I filled out forgot password login to see if that would work and it says invalid. What should I do?

    OK. I have manually downgraded your account, your Premium status will expire on 31-dec-11
