Why is the upload button different on "Right To Appraisal" field than the others?

There are several different buttons for clients to be able to upload certain documents.  Only one of 5 buttons looks different than the others.  The other buttons are nice and large and good.  But the "Right to Appraisal" form upload button looks small and out of date.  I tried to replace it with another one, but it is doing the exact same thing.  Help?

The "right to appraisal" upload button is different from the other four because the "Multiple File Upload" is not enabled in the "right to appraisal" field. In order to get the same button, you need to enable the multiple file upload.
