We are thinking of using JotForm's PDF fillable form creator. We currently have some of these forms in a google doc format and some in a web created form. Can these just be imported to use the JotForm?
We are also wondering about the layout of the completed form. Will it look like the original input or are we able to format it to a different look (such as a 2 column page)?
Thank you.

Unfortunately it is not possible to import Google forms. However, you can create a form from the scratch in a matter of minutes just by dragging and dropping fields using our form builder, and also using the Designer feature to create beautiful forms in real time:
(Here are some guides that might be of you interest:

Once you are done with it, you can create the fillable PDF form: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator
It will look similar to the web-form.
In adition to this, you can import the submission data once the similar structure of the form is created. You need export your Google Form submissions into an Excel or CSV file, and use our Import App to import submission into the new form: http://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data
If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
