If I understand you correctly, you would like to know if you can set the form to be submitted without sending your customers/visitors to PayPal.

If so, are you looking for a way to make it work based on their decision on the form or based on several different conditions?

No, I have it set up but I am running out of receiving payments. I am at 8 out of 10. I would like to increase it like you can with written submissions. Any ideas?

Unfortunately at this time this would not be possible. The only way to do this would be to make a payment to get onto some paid plan that is most suited for you.Since you have 8 payments in the first 6 days if it keeps up you should easily get over 40 payments on a monthly plan.If so, then a premium plan might be what would allow you to grow even further with more payment forms - increasing a chance to get a payment and most importantly to get more payments :)Of course, if you decide so you can always downgrade (or even upgrade) if you decide so - at any given time.
