I am having an issue canceling my account.

    I cannot remember which of our employees set up the credit card information. Can someone help me?

    Just so we are clear, do you want us to manually cancel the premium subscription for the account kwyman?

    Thank you for this confirmation.  I have now canceled your subscription.  You will not get charged again.  Your account will stay Premium until December 24, 2011. 

    Feel free to re-subscribe anytime you wish to use our paid services again!
