Create an AutoResponder.

Is there a way for submitters of the forms to receive a response back that it was submitted and/or with the information submitted?

You can create an AutoResponder on your form. This will allow form submitters to receive an email after they have clicked the submit button on your form. This email by default contains your form questions and their answers.
