Conditional logic's Insert value into option fills out two fields instead of only one

I am trying to get a field with a radio button to populate information into one field and not another, but the data is populating in two fields. Below is a copy of the conditions I've set.

I took a look at your conditions and I see that they are quite simple, while the form is very long.

Conditional logics Insert value into option fills out two fields instead of only one Image 1 Screenshot 20

Now based on them, only your one field should get updated if we set the "Lives in Parsonage" option under Location, while it seems to update two fields instead.

Living in Parsonage (correct) and Receiving Housing Allowance (incorrect).

Now based on my tests, it seems to only happen when you make the selection first time, otherwise it works (if you click one option then another).

Now since this should not be happening, I would will raise this to our developers for inspection.

Now I also see that you are using both Form Calculation and setting up the Form Conditions to do the same and insert the value into the Form Calculation widget. I would suggest to use the Form Calculation widget only and to remove the conditions for this.

You could do that by setting up the Calculation Values as shown here: How to Assign Calculation Value where the first option would hold 1.25 and the second 0.

In the same time, you can use conditions to hide all the non relevant fields from your form, so that you can see only the ones that are needed.

Do let us know if you would like us to assist you further with this and we would be happy to do so.

    Earlier, you said the following:

Has there been any other findings as to why this error is happening?
