    submissions not being retained; no email notifications sent

    have completed this form several times but although the thank you screen appears, they are not showing up as submissions in the dashboard (I have tried switching back and forth from http to https per an earlier suggestion) ALSO no email notifications are being sent at all

    this is not related to facebook in any way so I'm not sure if the current issue being addressed applies or not

    tried making up an entirely new form; still didn't work 

    and I notice that we have a new submission for another form in the dashboard red box but I cannot access it using either http or https - get "no results to display"


    it seems as though if ssl has been involved in any way, either with the initial submission or retrieval of the form, there are a number of bugs that kick in; our non-ssl forms appear to work fine

    Have you tried logging into your account at https://secure.jotform.com to see if you can access your submissions from there?

    Sometimes submissions can take a little time replicating onto www.jotform.com

    thank you for such a prompt response;  as you state, the forms are now there but they are still not being sent to the email address set up in the notifier form.  I know the address works because the test emails come through just fine.

    teachick, i would really appreicate it if you could open a seperate thread for the email issue. Its much easier for us to track and route issues to the correct person (if necessary) if each seperate users issue is on its own thread. 

    Please include the URL of the form you are having the problem with and provide as much other detail as you can.
