Paypal submission/button issue

I'm using two forms with different email addresses going into the same paypal account.  I'm also using the shipping calculations method provided by paypal (on their end) to add shipping to my form that sells actual products.

http://www.jotform.com/form/13301844093 (not live yet due to a submit by check issue...on another thread).

I would like to have my membership application not be charged a shipping calculation when it is directed to payapl.  Paypal says that it has to be done on the jotform end...that the button has to be told not to charge shipping or that it has to have a shipping value of zero.  Any ideas?

    thanks.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please confirm that you are interested in adding PayPal shipping fee to the first form, but you do not want to add it to the second form? Then, we will see if there are any solutions available.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

I do not want a shipping fee added to the form listed as the page URL link in my original post (the membership application). The form that i don't want shipping added to on the paypal end is found here:    http://www.jotform.com/form/12280926063

The form referred to in the text of the post http://www.jotform.com/form/13301844093 has shipping attached to it on the paypal end.  This is ok.

    Does that make better sense?

    thanks.

    Thank you for provided information.

I do not see any shpping fee attached for your https://www.jotform.com/form/12280926063 form. Is the problem already solved?

No, it's not solved, I had to inactivate the shipping function on paypal bc it was adding it to everything. I will reactivate it so you can see.

In order to solve the problem, please set a Need Payer Address value to No in Payment field Properties:

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help you.
