Error message "DPRP is disabled for this Merchant" when integrating Paypal Pro?

In regards to the Paypal Pro Payment Integration.

I spoke with Paypal today.  They have recently changed their recurring billing API for people with Paypal Pro accounts.  It seems that Jotforms is pulling API integration from the old Paypal Pro API.

The form returns this error: Error # 11586.  DPRP is disabled for this merchant.

According to Paypal, the reason for this error is that DPRP is no longer the way Paypal Pro handles that itegration.

Can you give me any idea as to when I could get a new integration with Paypal Pro and Jotforms?  Something that handles the Payflow and not DPRP?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

It seems like you are using Payflow account, is that correct? I believe Paypal Pro (Paypal Payments Pro aka Website Payments Pro) is different with Payflow. Paypal has different products, some are limited to other countries, in this case, the two are different that is why your account is not integrating properly and it shows a DRPR error, they are not using the same API. Currently we do not have a PayFlow integration.

To learn more about the Paypal products availability per country, you can check this list: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/howto_product_matrix/. You'll see that Payflow is different with Paypal Pro (Website Payments Pro).

    I hope that helps.
