How can I conduct scenario testing with my customers on a Jotform prior to launching it on my site?Asked by saramonro on July 07, 2015 at 08:14 AM
Any suggestions on how to conduct scenario testing with a sample of customers on a JotForm before I launch it on my site? (not A/B testing)
Ideally I want to build a form, then send a link to customers and track their use of the form against several scenarios. This would allow me to test before launch and incorporate user feedback. I want to avoid launching a form which will not be understood by my customers.
With the free plan, it is enough to perform a test with the forms.
Free limits includes:
100 regular submissions per month
10 SSL per month
10 payments per month
100MB upload space
They have to submit an actual submissions with the form when performing a test. You can simply share or send the form URLs to them.
The form analytics will help you keep on track with your users. http://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/
