You can make the form the mobile responsive by following the guide below :

Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

I´ve tried exactly what is on the guide, but it doesn´t work.
The form appears cut. In other words, it doesn´t seem to be properly adapted to the mobile screen.

Eduardo

I cloned your JotForm to my account and it seems that the option "Make this form Responsive" from the designer mode is not checked.
Also, please try changing the width to false and then re-embed the form on your webpage to see if that helps.
Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

I checked the “responsive” button on the designer mode (although in the instructions it says that it works anyway without this checked) and changed the width to false. This helped, as it made the form quite narrow, allowing a mobile view. The bad thing is that it stays that way on a PC also, although it doesn´t look that bad.
The thing I don´t see on a mobile is the “closing X” to close the form. The only way I have to get out of the form is reloading the page, which is not really appropriate.
Regards.
Eduardo

As I research further, unfortunately I see that the lightbox embedded forms are not responsive. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look at this issue. You'll be posted through this thread once we have any update on the issue. Meanwhile, you may consider using the other option Popup so that the form opens in a separate window and should be responsive also.
Thank you!

Hey Eduardo & everyone else,
Our UI developers fixed this situation, where the lightbox embedded forms were not responsive.
You do not need any workarounds anymore. And also, since the lightbox embed code's updated through fetched JS files, you do not need to re-embed anything again. It should just work as responsive, still when you delete the workaround CSS codes.
We will be still waiting for your response and feedback,
Cheers.
