Why is it saying I am over my quota?

    Hello Shakealeg,

     

    Current you are using a free account with JotForm. There are limits placed on all accounts and they differ based on your subscription type. http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    The free account has a limit of 100mb of data. You are currently using 296mb of data.

    The free account also has a monthly limit of 10 payment submissions. You currently have 23 payment submissions.

    The solution to being able to use your forms again would be to either upgrade your account so that you have more data space and payment submissions available per month. Alternatively you also could delete some of the submissions that you have to free up space in your account and limit the number of payment submissions you accept per month.
