When I export to excel  I have has an "address" field, but I need it broken down into "street address" "city" "postal code" etc. Is it possible to do this?

Unfortunately, the address field cannot be automatically broken to separate fields after exporting the submissions to an excel file. You'll need to do it manually in the excel file using a function.

Or you can just add an Address field under the Quick Tools section, you can also add simple text boxes to separate them instead.

To edit your form, navigate to "My Forms" list, choose the form and click the "Edit Form" button.

Here you can use the plain text boxes under the "Form Tools" section or the "Address" field in the "Quick Tools" section.

I would advise that you clone your form first and make the changes in the clone form instead, leaving the original form untouched, just for testing purposes. Here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
