How do I see all the text in the document?

    I have forms where I have my clients sign. However when you go back to review the form it's missing alot of the text that they're agreeing with. How come it's not showing? Or what do I have to do in order to get it to show all the text?

    Hi,

    In the PDF copy of your submission, you can include the full headers, text, and images from your form.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

    Is there any way to show the signature box in it too? only shows name and
    it quick view its shows signature.

    May I know what are you referring in your statement "only shows name and it quick view its shows signature.". I cloned your form and the signature are displayed in the submission page. See screenshot below.

    It is also displayed in the Notifier email. See screenshot below.
