    Hi,

As far as I know, using the CSS is still the only way to achieve this.  However, you can change the setup of your form to use calculation values for regular fields(non-payment fields, checkboxes, radio buttons):

    http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

    http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form

Then forward that amount to the payment field:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field

With this setup, you can customize the look of flow of your fields much more easily.  You can create your own headers for each section using heading fields rather than trying to setup CSS.

If you would like clarification regarding any of this or need any help settings anything up in your form, let us know and we will be happy to help.
