Why is it that some sub account users can create other sub accounts and others can not?

How come some of my subusers can't create another subuser and some can?  Ho do I convert a user from a subuser to a free account?

The reason why that is so is because there are 2 types of sub account users.

    1. True Sub Account User

    2. The user utilizing Form Builder that got a shared access

The true sub account user is an account that was created for the purpose of being a 'slave' account to some master account and working on the shared forms.

This happens when you share the form with the email that does not have an account on the JotForm previous to the sharing.

The second type of users are those that were already using JotForm Builder and then got an access to some account.

They already could create forms so it is expected that they will still create their own forms and then edit the forms of the main account as well.

Now to make the "true sub account user" account be able to share their forms and create their own forms - in their own account, all that they need to do is to go to Account -> Billing and select to switch to Free plan (under Starter).

That is it. As soon as they do that, they are having everything available to them just as they do on the free plan.

    When I

use a sub account user to upgrade to a FREE account it only gives me the Upgrade option on the left pane and requires a credit card.
