Visual Report Not Displaying All Options

Asked by exchangepress on July 07, 2015 at 06:15 PM

I am trying to set up a Bar2 visual report for one of my surveys.  It has a long list of 34 options that respondents can select from.  However, I can't get the report to display more than four.  It creates an "Other" category and lumps all other responses into that option.  "Other" is not an option on the survey form.  What am I missing?

If I understand correctly, the existing submission data of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51736174760963 must have only those 5 types yet.

It seems some of the answers were grouped to "Others" category

Try increasing the number for "Entry Limit" to more than 5.. then Save the report and review again.

Let us know if still not resolved.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Please be noted that after changing the number you will have to click on the "Ok" button as well. Unless and until the "Ok" button is clicked the changes will not be saved.

I increased the size of the editor and clicked on the okay button but it still did not display the chart accordingly. There seems to be some problem as no image was displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

I am not sure if there is an upper limit on "Entry Limit" but that seems to be the case currently. Creating too many bars in a limited size image will be an issue.  Let me report this issue to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thanks.  I couldn't see the "Ok" button before because the drop-down for the settings was being covered by the footer.  However, when I lengthened the box I could see it.  I tested and it seems it is ok with up to 28 options.  But, as you indicated, it still doesn't display correctly.  I look forward to a swift resolution to this issue.
