How can I change the favicon on the form?

In Wix it is called favicon - the name of the page posted on the tab at the top of the page. I created a REGISTRATION FORM on the REGISTRATION and HOTEL page, using a template but the name of the template form remains on the favicon. I wish to change it. Please assist me in this endeavor.  Thank you.

I have checked your website and I did not notice favicon.
