Apologies for the inconvenience. Upon checking your account, it seems like our anti-Phishing system autosuspended your account, this usually happens when the forms violated our Terms of use, please check that page to learn more.

I've checked your forms and I don't see any violations on it, although, I believe the reason why you were autosuspended was because one of your forms does not have a proper titled, you have a form named "Untitled Form", that may have caused the problem. Please rename your forms.

I have reactivated your account and the forms should be accessible again.

Do let us know if you need more information on this.

I removed the blank form.  I understand the need for an anti-phishing system, however as a new user of your product, it discourages me to use your product if a blank form is enough to autosuspend my account without explanation, especially during my initial evaluation of your service.

I'm sorry for that, we have a quite sensitive anti-Phishing system, and we also have reviewers to manually check the forms, this is because we do not want other users to abuse and use our online forms for illegal activities.

The anti-Phishing system is continuously being improved by our developers. We apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

    Thank you for understanding.
