Form not showing on desktop browser, but does in tablet

I wrote about my problems around June 20...I didn't get any specific information as a response...just two submission emails submitted by jotform staff.

I am still having massive problems with these forms. I do not see them on computers on campus. I've tried different browsers on both mac and pc. However, the form does appear on my iPad.

I have tried a Wufoo form and it does appear on these same pages--again on desktop computers. I'm extremely confused. It appears that the time "connecting" to jotform servers is excessively long.I need to form to work on all platforms.

The following page takes several minutes to load and the form does not appear on any browser on a desktop computer. It does work on my iPad.

Please, please help. Will an answerr be sent directly to my email, or do I have to search the Forum?

I'd like to understand what is causing this - because JotForms work right out of the box -

    1. Can you view this form on PC's and Macs through this link? - http://www.jotform.co/form/51348734540859

    2. Have you tried the iFrame embed method to add the form to your website? Any problems?

I tested your form on a PC and on a Mac via http://www.leeward.hawaii.edu/connect , and things look fine from this end.

Please try issues 1 and 2 above to help us sort out the issue.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Aloha,

After a bit more investigation, it looks like it's something on our end. The form works when accessed via our wireless network, but not our hard-wired network connection. The form works off-campus on both mac and pc and in both wired and wireless connections.

So, I will be talking to our IT staff about this. Do you have any insights that will help me explain the problem?

Also--the form can be viewed through the direct link.

    Thank you so much.

It's possible that there are restrictions in the wired network of your campus, I assume these forms are being viewed on the campus computers. It may also be related to a firewall or a browser misconfiguration. I would advise checking with your IT staff, as you have mentioned, to resolve the problem.

Please do let us know what your findings are.

    Thank you.
