I have set up my form as per the instructions on http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later but when I click on the link in the email i receive, my fields are not populated with data i have entered. Please can you help resolve this issue for me?
The initial form where I collect the name and email address before being redirected is at:

I have tried cloning your JotForms to my account to check the issue and I am able to replicate the issue. However, when using a different form with session it is working fine. That indicates there is an issue with the main form. I'm not sure at the moment if that is the length of the form or any other field is causing the issue. Please allow me some time to check on this and get back to you with relevant information. Meanwhile, could you try removing few fields like section breaks by replacing them with page breaks to see if that helps. Please get back to us with the test results so that we can investigate the issue further.

Sorry for the delay in responding back. As I tested the forms further, it seems that the captcha field on the main form (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51873482093966) is causing issue. Could you try removing this field on the form and see if that works for you. I'm also testing it further if there are any other issues. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this further.

Since captcha field is causing the issue, you may also try using our other captcha widgets. I've tested with Google reCaptcha that worked fine at my end.
I'm also forwarding the issue to our back-end team to take a look. If there is any update on this, you'll be posted through this thread.

and...i am using the save forms to continue option, so when I try using an iframe for a solution, the URL which copies the session information from the first form does not appear.
