Conditions not workin even though set up correctly.Asked by bakingfresh on July 08, 2015 at 07:21 AM
I have created 4 forms, all can be found at http://bakingfresh.co.uk/index.html#getstarted.
You have set up conditions for meon the field "Your first box will be delivered on..."
This has worked fine until I noticed yesterday. Yesterday the field "Your first box will be delivered on..." said date "09.07.2015" when in fact it should of said "10.07.2015" as per the conditions. Today it says "10.07.2015" when in fact it should say "14.07.2015" as per the conditions. The other forms I have created cloning this one form, and they are still working fine so I don't know why this form is having a mind of its own.
I noticed yesterday that If I preview the form and click save it goes back to normal, but I've checked today and the same problem has come back and I can keep clicking preview and save every day I want to form to work correctly.
That's weird, I've cloned your form and it seems to work properly in my end. Have you tried clearing your form's cache? After that, try re-embedding the form using an iFrame embed code, there might be a code conflict between your form and your website, using the iFrame should prevent any code conflict which is causing the problem in the form condition.
Let us know if that resolves the problem.
