why isn't looking the same in the site as it is in jotform?

    Are you perhaps talking about the way your form looks in our Form Builder? Please note that our form builder is an editor, and as such the form does not look completely the same as the real form.

    To see how your form actually looks, you can use the Preview button:

    If the form is not looking the same on your website as it does on the Preview page, then that might be caused by a possible conflict between the page and your form. If that is the case, please let us know the link to where you have embedded the form, and we will be happy to take a look. Embedding your forms with our iFrame embed method should help the form look exactly the same on your website as it does when it is Previewed.
