    Dear Jotform

    I would like to downgrade to Free Jotfrom, but I get an error.

    I thank you for the quality service, and I will surely return to Premium plan when I know that I get a large number of subscription. Please let me know, how I should proceed.

    PS: I also cannot open the "Change Credit Card" option.

    To downgrade, go to the billing section and select the free plan, a popup window confirming you downgrading will open and you can confirm the action.

    Regarding the change credit card option clicking on it opens in a new window, kindly confirm that your browser is not blocking popups.
