notifier emails are not being sent

    not receiving emails to the address set up in the notifier when a form has been submitted.

    the email address is working because the test emails come through

    Hi,

    I have made a sample submission using that link, can you please tell us if you have recieved my test submissions? I have also tested it on my Email Address and everything is working fine. We'll await for your feedback. Thanks in advance.

    once again, I am appreciative of your time - I did get your submission but when I went to the link to this form on our webiste and sent a test form, neither the notification email, nor the response to my email email address came through.  I am thinking the problem must be there, but I checked the url on the link at it's the same one you used:

    If I have configured something incorrectly on our website, I apologize for wasting your time as this would not be your issue; but we have used this same format with success on another site so I am puzzled.

    Hi,

    Base on our system logs, notifications was successfully sent to this email address: director@travelrepertoire.com, can you please check it again? Thanks.

    Also, please ensure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list.

    As of the moment this issue is still being looked by our developers, for the meantime to receive notifications please switch back your form into normal form after failure on rechecking secure form. But if you would like to use secure forms, I suggest using Yahoomail as I don't have problem using your secure form with this email service provider.
