Are you talking about images that were submitted through your form?
I have logged into your account to check, opened your Submissions page, and I am able to see the submitted images.
I am also able to open the images by using their direct links in the spreadsheet:
If this is how you are trying to access your submitted images and are having problems, I would advise you to please try clearing your browser cache, and then try again.
If the issue remains even after clearing your cache, it might help if you provided a screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing, as well as the link to the page where this is happening on.
