    PayPal, incomplete payments and IPN

    Please help me ASAP. For some odd reason, I am noticing a few of the submissions made through the JotForm I created for a website has not processed.  What's odd is that PayPal submissions were accepted where as others the Payment hasn't been accepted BUT the submission has gone through JotForm.

    Based on this article, http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ I am able to access the "disabled" messages. Unfortunately, I have checked my IPN history page, but nothing is showing up.

    Please advise in resolving this issue.  Is there anyway to capture the resources for the JotForm submissions?

    I am sorry, but I do not quite understand what kind of resources you are looking for?

    Since you have placed the link to that guide above, I believe that you are already familiar with the incomplete payments and how to see them and mark as complete:

    If I have understood you correctly the issue is related to the fact that you have the submissions saved as incomplete submissions, while you had received the notification from PayPal of the completed payment for the same?

    That's correct they are incomplete submissions. Does it mean the end user didn't complete the transaction through PayPal.  Is it possible for me to receive the submission from JotForm if the person doesn't make payment through PayPal.

    Yes, that is correct, they should be saved there as soon as the end user clicks on Submit, and are moved from there to your submissions as soon as we receive a confirmation (IPN) from the PayPal that the payment was made.

    Is it possible for me to receive the submission from JotForm if the person doesn't make payment through PayPal.

    Yes, you can do that, and it is quite easy to do as well, so it will be a breeze to set up.

    You will have the option of sending all email (autoresponders and notifications) or just email notifications - or no emails at all.
