    Unable to change a link inside of Thank you message

    I duplicated a form and changed the Thank You message, but when I preview, the old message remains.


    Old: has URL of www.creconsultants.com/go/epc

    New should be the message with the URL of www.creconsultants.com/go/ppic

    What step am I missing?

    I have cloned and tested your form and the reason why you still get the old link instead of the new link is because of condition you have set inside of your form. You have set Change Thank You message after submission condition inside of your form. And that condition is redirecting you to your old Thank you message. You need to change link inside of your thank you message condition as well.

    Here is my demo form where I changed link inside of Thank you message condition:
