Access Denied Error on uploaded document

Hello!

I'm new to JotForm...when someone fills out a form and they upload a file, should I just be able to click the link and gain access to the uploaded file? Or do I need to find it elsewhere? When I clicked the link, I got this error:

Yes, the file is supposed to be accessible when you click on the link. The Access Denied error usually means that file was not properly uploaded (might be related to unstable internet connection on the end user side, browser error or some other reason).

If this is happening constantly, please provide us with the form name in question so we will try to investigate it further.
