[Incomplete Values Error] Conditional fields, form problem

    I have several forms that were working fine, but suddenly we are receiving the attached message when the conditional options are selected, please advice.

    We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused. Our developers have just applied an update. The issue should be fixed now.
