New Error message coming up.

    Hello, 

    My facility reservation form is coming up with a new error message and I cannot figure out how to fix it. This message has not come up in the past so I am not sure why it is happening now.

    I have set up conditions so that many fields are hidden unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required, however, when they appear. The error message essentiality asks you to feel out all the required fields on the form even though they may be hidden. I double checked the conditions and they seem to be correct as they were before. Can you take a look at this and help me?
