Forms not Showing from my account in WP

    I have an account I just set up with the username BGASArtwork. I have tried to create and show two forms on my site biggayartshow.com and neither of the forms will show. I did log into another account I set up for another client and used a form they have that is similar to what I am trying to do, but I can't get the forms from this account to show on the site. Help. Thank you!

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    I have fixed the account issue and can now see the embedded form working on your WP website.

    The form was initially wrongly autosuspended by the Phishing filter due to the questions that ask for social media accounts on the form. But I have corrected this and reinstated the forms.

    Let us know if there are still issue.
